Refund and Cancellation Policy

Job Seeker
• Deactivating Your Account:
• If you’re not looking for a job right now, you can deactivate your bpojobs account to stop receiving emails.
• To deactivate, go to “Communication and Privacy” in the “Settings” page, select “Not looking for job right now,” and then “Deactivate till next login”.
• Deleting Your Account:
• You can also choose to delete your bpojobs account permanently.
• To do this, go to “Settings” and navigate to the “Communication & Privacy” tab.
• Scroll down to “Not looking for a job change right now,” click “Read More,” and select “Delete Account”.
• Refunds:
• Bpojobs does not offer refunds for job seeker services, such as applying for jobs or getting interview calls.
• Applying for Jobs:
• You can apply to jobs for free on Bpojobs.

Employers

• Payment and Service Commencement:
Bpojobs commences providing services only upon receipt of payment upfront, either from the subscriber or a third party on their behalf.
• Non-Transferable Services:
Services subscribed to are not transferable.
• Appropriation of Payment:
Once payment is received, it is appropriated, and the refund policy of the site applies.
• Refund Policy:
Refunds are provided for prepaid orders only, and the refund process is initiated within working days of receiving the refund request and authorization.
• Refund Timeline:
The refund is estimated to be credited to the account used for payment within 45 days after initiating the refund.
• Account Deletion:
If you are absolutely certain you want to delete your recruiter account, you can initiate the request for account deletion by clicking the link below.
• Job Removal:
To remove a job posting, go to the “Manage jobs & responses” section and click the “Remove” icon against the job you want to remove
